The interview process at the Winston-Salem, NC location was extremely disorganized.
I received an automated text and email requesting that I schedule an interview. On the day of the interview, I was asked to reschedule for later that week. On the day of the rescheduled interview, I called an hour beforehand to confirm that it was still taking place and was told that it was. However, I never received the scheduled call and was given no communication or explanation afterward.
Additionally, the first person I spoke with seemed unsure of which positions were actually available and stated that they might be hiring for a different role than the one that was advertised. I was also asked to provide the same information to multiple people, despite that information already being included on my resume and application.
Overall, the hiring process felt unorganized and reflected poorly on the company's communication and professionalism.
