I went through an agency and they really wanted interviewees to know about TOP and their project expansion. Was asked general questions; the interviewer had no affect. I believe that she thought that they conveyed control but I could tell that she didn't really understand my answers, as she's not a teacher. She seemed to lack control of the interview. That made if easier for me and should make it easier for you; this person is speaking to you as a business professional and not as an educator, just keep that in mind.
