Our assessment days are designed to provide a realistic insight into a career in recruitment, giving candidates the opportunity to present, communicate and interact in a group environment. The format has been a long-standing part of our recruitment process and has helped identify and develop many successful consultants and leaders within the business. It also allows candidates to meet our leadership team, learn more about Oyster and decide whether the opportunity is right for them, just as much as we assess the person applying and whether the role is the right fit for them.
We are naturally disappointed to read your characterisation of our culture, particularly as it differs significantly from the feedback we typically receive from candidates, employees and clients.
