Management is around 20 years old, asking unnecessary questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years from now? when they well know the position was temporary and I am well over 47 years old. Also what would you do if you had a customer at the till someone walk in the door and the phone is ringing, I said say one moment to gal at till, welcome new guest in the door and pick up the phone and say i will be with you in one moment please hold and finish transaction ....they were simply amazed with the perfect answer....well good lord, i have 20 customer service management i would assume my response would be a bit educated....
