The Pembina Institute interview questions

Standard 1 hour interview with a panel of senior staff. Phone interview. There were multiple questions about the current issues Pembina engages on. There were also several questions about what other issues or "next up" issues I think would be relevant to the organization.

Applied online, had to follow up to see if they were still hiring after about a month. Finally heard back requesting an interview after about 5 weeks. In person panel interview with two directors. Lasted about an hour with a mix of direct and behavioural questions. Interviewers seemed to be reading the latter questions from a standard sheet and frequently spent time debating among themselves regarding which questions to ask. Interview went fairly smoothly and they promised to get back in a week. I followed up once and they were still "considering options", no follow ups one way or another after that. General impression of disorganization and lack of clarity regarding the need for the role.
