Interview
The interview process was straightforward and focused on questions about working with vulnerable populations. I was interviewed by the program director and manager for the first interview. The second interview was in person and was only the program director. I received a job offer in about a week.

Interview was easy. It was in a group setting on zoom. They asked about experience and response to different scenarios. Everyone got a chance to ask questions as well as the person being interviewed. It helps to have experience or even just a basic interest in getting involved in the field of social work and homeless services.

Interview
I'm not sure people the actions of the people I've met with align with those normally in public service. I felt I would be there to fill a quota and not so much as a valued member of the team.
