I applied for the job in person. I received a call back within two days to set up an interview. I had two interviews. The first was with the HR supervisor, and the second was with the DON. Both the HR and DON were very friendly.

Interview
It was pretty painless once you get an interview. I actually had to call back after applying to finally get an interview. You get back to back interviews, usually with HR followed by the DON or Administrator if you are applying for a nursing staff position. It's a bit different for non certified positions though. Once you get hired there is a two week span of orientation (or less depending on your experience)
