Interview
Usually three interviews with all managers, ending with the GM. Typically if they like you they will interview you on the spot when you come in to apply. Bring your resume! Really nice people.
The interview process was laid back and casual. It was easy to understand the direction and overall culture. Dress professional and bring a good attitude. Keep up to date on liquor and beer knowledge- this is extremely important.
