The interview process with TRN was horrible. The person I spoke to initially was very unprepared for our call and wasn't friendly or personable at all. They also use an assessment which was entirely unrelated to the job description. Many (modern) companies give projects that test skills directly related to the job, which is reasonable and makes sense. TRN's 'cognitive assessment' is supposed to test intelligence and abilities, but it is rife with bias, and quite frankly, felt like I was interviewing for a job in 1997. Horrible experience and would not interview with them for any position again.
