Invited to a recruitment day, people were relatively casual, 35 people turned up. Were all asked to introduce ourselves and list three fun facts. Then played a few team building exercises to assess our confidence in group exercises, we then got behind the bar and taught how to make a cocktail while people were taken away for individual interviews, these were quite casual and just about hobbies, experience and personality questions

15 min short chat with manager citing motivations and future plans. More of a casual conversational than an interview. Manager reviews CV and picks out certain points of conversation stemming from this.
