The Road Home interview questions

Phone screen followed by an in-person panel interview. I fully support the mission of the Road Home and thoroughly enjoyed meeting the interviewing team. However, I had my reservations about the frequent re-posting of positions and turnover I have seen at the Road Home and in this type of work in general, and was disappointed by the organizations seemingly lack of interest in maintaining a long-term strategy for taking care of it's employees. These interviews made it clear that I would not find a sustainable work environment at the Road Home.

Very direct series of questions gauging experience and client-related atmosphere. Interviewers we're very easy going and pleasant. The interviewers were very clear about the benefits and stressors of the job.
