The mexcan subsidiary called me to ask if I was available and interested in the position as they got my Resume; they mentioned it was important that I had experience working previously with TBM's. I went to just 1 interview with my direct boss. He asked me about all my skills and previous experience. I thought he was happy with our conversation. The next week, I got a job proposal and it was very easy to negotiate with them all topics including salary, insurance and holidays.
