Interview
Interview process was straightforward. They seemed like a good team but I was not the right culture fit for this agency. Very much a 'work hard, play hard' vibe and I'm not that kind of a person. Additionally I was not enamoured by some of the client choices such as vaping and gambling brands.
It was tough interview process, I had to go through three rounds of interviews and and then also do a task, which was writing a press release. But overall they made the process smooth
