The interview process is 8 steps including a lengthy assessment and answering interview questions on video. This entire time, there is no clear job description after investing so much time and energy into their lengthy process. This entire time they are preaching that you will be disqualified from the process if you miss a step in the time frame they require. I made it to the final interview. On the day of this final interview, I spent over an hour preparing for this interview by practicing STAR interview questions, watching interview prep YouTube videos, and preparing answers for all possible questions. After all of this preparation and following all of their strict timeliness guidelines, I received an email stating my final interview was rescheduled for the next week. This company wil play with your time and will not have the same respect for your time that they expect you to have for theirs! I withdrew from the interview process at this point because I took this hypocrisy as a view into how I would be treated as an employee.
