The Seurat Group interview questions

Very comprehensive interview but took 4.5 hours. Had to meet with 5 people only to be told 2 days later they were going in a different direction. Interviewers were from all levels of the organization and not all were prepared.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Seurat Group. First interview is a basic phone screen that asks about basic data analysis. Second interview is a quantitative case study that you have 30 minutes to prepare for. Fairly easy, not super hard to do most of the 4 sets. Final round is at office in Norwalk, CT and lasts 6 hours. You meet with a variety of employees at all levels and go to lunch with business analysts in the middle to break up the 5 hours of interviews. All about cultural fit, questions tend to be repetitive and are about how you've influenced a process. Somewhat similar to first phone screen. On-site interview contains one case study, fairly easy. Be sure to maintain consistent answers throughout the 5 hours of interviews.
