I was first contacted by the recruiter via Linkedin who set up a half hour introduction call. It was a casual video call and I was mostly asked to go through my professional experience, why I am looking at moving and my salary expectations. I was told I would be put forward for an interview. The interview was a couple of days later and was approx 45 minutes on a video call. Again it was quite conversational and not particularly structured. I was never contacted by anyone after this with feedback. This is a very poor candidate experience and shows a lack of respect for peoples time.
