Initial phone screen (30 minutes duration). The interviewer introduced herself. Asked questions. Informed about next hiring steps. I asked questions about the responsibilities of the role - NO REPLY because she didn't know. She claimed there is no assignment for the IT talent acquisition role. On the next step/interview I had to speak with 2 developers (!). The developers will inform me about the IT recruiter's role (!!!!). She was acting in ignorance of the basic procedures!
