waited and waited several weeks/months of waiting for several different interviews and even an at home assignment to just waste time on 30 mins calls and not receive offer. I was able to go through 2 rounds of interviews which they all said how amazing I was but immediately turned me down when their staff is constantly struggling

I had a phone screening asking about my interest in the position and experience in the mental health/crisis field. I was given a packet of info about mental health & gender identities to read. There was a virtual interview with with a hiring manager.
