Too long. Lack of communication. No transparency about the position from the recruiters. Supervisors seemed good. Non-responsive to questions about updates on the process. The recruitment team seemed unorganized and uninformed about the position and the org.

Saw the posting on Idealist and then applied online. Heard back almost right away and then spoke to someone and then did had an interview. They did a background check and then got an offer and started pretty fast after that.
