Multiple interviews. Multiple hoops. Clearly looking for a specific demographic. Learned in interview that staff leaving in droves. Then make it to final rounds and GHOSTED!!!! No call or email to let me know I did not get the job. Found out when looking at their website. Complete lack of respect & consideration for candidates.
