I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The WIN Agency (London, England) in Sep 2021
Interview
Unreasonable early interview times for a job that is basically nothing but an MLM targeting graduates and ambitious young professionals. You will basically spend your first weeks earning nothing and walking the streets as a promoter. The office seemed very sketchy and the second interview took only about 15 minutes and just asked whether I had understood how the company "trains" its future managers and how you will be paid. The interviewers very very nice and attentive, however, this is not a job that pays for even food or rent...

Interview
Basic interview process. First step is a meeting with five other people on Zoom about the company etc. Second stage, after filling out a questionnaire, is more about the company and they ask you to introduce yourself and tell them a bit about your experience. At this point, I opted to drop out because the company is basically a PYRAMID SCHEME. You get no base salary and all the work you do is based on commission. They offer no travel refund, you're expected to work 10 hour shifts Monday-SATURDAY - no financial stability. Please avoid: it looks like they're looking to prey on new graduates who are desperate to work. Remember: you've worked hard for your degree and you are WORTH a base salary!!

Interview
They are scam! I have waited for 15 minutes until the hiring manager show up to the interview, and they didn’t ask anything about me but instead they’d keep talking about how great their company is. After finishing the interview they’ve asked me to fill in a questionnaire for them.
I’ve done some research about this agency and apparently they do pyramid scheme. Just don’t waste your time on their interviews.
