Interview

The interview process was relaxed and informal. We met over coffee to discuss my career prospects and my ambitions for the role. After which, I submitted examples of my work and we liaised over email to to confirm final questions and key requirements. The process of paperwork was documented and formal, with a formal offer of employment with starting salary and benefits.
