Open house for jobs at the hotel, interview by manager for rooftop first then by hotel GM, Got a call back within the week, had to go through orientation then through training

Interview
I was called to set up and interview after sending in an application online. I was then told to come back for a second interview with another manager, after this I was given a conditional job offer after a drug test and background check. The whole process moved along rather quickly.
