The interview process at Works Design was efficient, timely, organized, and informative. I had two virtual interviews where I shared my experience, learned more about the role, and met key members of the team. I was asked to complete a short assignment which was not only fun to complete but also demonstrated to all parties that I was the right candidate for the role. I was also asked to complete 3 short tests to gauge my skills.
