They called me on their own initiative but rejected me because I didn't have enough Django experience. I found it a waste of time because on my CV and to do the interview I had to ask for permission at work and take time out to translate my CV into English with the hassle involved. I think that companies should pay more attention to these details as I consider it disrespectful.
