There was a phone interview and a in-person interview. They asked why do you want to work at the YMCA? What kind of great qualities do you have? What are some qualities you would like to change? What kind of value can you add to the YMCA?
Easy process, friendly and inviting environment. Felt like I was having an easy talk with the hiring manager. Wanted to know my long term goals and how the company would support those goals.

I had a phone pre interview phone call with a lovely woman. It turned out that the hours did not fit into my schedule. If this change in the future I will currently reach out for an interview.
first begin in a group interview and then moved onto department specific one-on-one interviews. from their you were offered a job in specific department. you were not always interviewed by your top choice.
