I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
I was screened over the phone, and then I came in for two separate interviews. The first was with my would-be supervisor and somebody who had held the position before, and the second was with my would-be supervisor and his supervisor. It was clear that they were looking for somebody with the correct qualifications and experience, but at no point did I feel intimidated. Each person made good eye contact, responded facially to what I was saying, and asked good follow-up questions. After the second interview, they called all of my references and offered me the position that same day.

Interview
In person interview after phone call. Asked for three references and had a laid back conversation about my goals and experience. Was transparent about job description and pay, which was very little, but admin does their best to help.
The interview process was simple. I applied through their website and then waited about a week and then they called to schedule an interview. I went into the facility and had the interview. It took about 30 mins to an hour for the interview.

Interview
The interview process was easy and helpful! They were very friendly and encouraged growth in the position! I started as a counselor and got promoted fairly early on and I felt supported and wanted throughout the duration of my work experience with them.
