I applied to the position by directly emailing my résumé and cover letter to the director of the specific site I wanted to work at. After about two days, I received phone call to come in for an interview. After the in-person interview, I got called in a day later with an offer.

They were professional, good questions and friendly. They were responsive and communicated the process. Answered questions and seemed pleasant. I received a call at the end of the week. Background check took a long time to process over 3 weeks.
