I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Golden, CO) in May 2021
Interview
The interview process was pretty relaxed and non-intimidating. First, I submitted a job application and then did an online interview. Following this, the manager asked me about my availability for summer camp and told me about mandatory training I would need to complete. Then I was offered the job.

Super easy just make sure you are prepared to answer questions about taking care of kids. Other than that just be yourself and you will do great. Also, make sure not to be scared to ask questions for clarification.
