Received a call the day after I submitted application and interviewed the next week with the Director and Program Manager. Both people were very nice and laid back. I did not accept the job because the commute was to far away.

How does your experience contribute toward the mission of the YMCA?
It was very easy to do and the person who I interviewed with was very professional. The YMCA has very easy interviews with people who make the whole process comfortable.

was asked to do an in person interview. met with the director of the after school program and sat down for a one on one interview. asked fairly simple and comfortable questions. and was offered the position on the spot.

how would you handle a situation in which you were the only worker available at the moment and a child needed to use the restroom and it was not located in the same room?

Interview
Applied online and was almost immediately contacted over the phone. She asked very basic questions and explained the position. After the phone interview, she called back several days later to set up an in-person interview. After my references were checked an offer was made and I accepted.
