very relaxed, been around the YMCA since I was younger so I knew everyone. Went in and talked to the boss very professionally and later that afternoon he called me and told me the job was mine if I wanted it.

Casual. Friendly. Asked about availability and why I wanted to work there. Probably depends a lot on the manager and the position. Come prepared and know the mission of the Y
