Interview
First put in an interview. Then was asked to a group interview, where we were given questions. After that, there were lots of random items, and we were told to create an obstacle course out of them, as well as invent games. It tested our creativity and our willingness to get involved.

It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
Group interview zoom call. Various ping pong style questions. Pretty straight forward asked about how you would fit and what made you stand out. The call was about 15-20 minutes.
Met up with manager in office, got asked a few standard questions, before getting shown around the place. Very standard and simple for any teen looking for a part time job
