They come in and ask you why you wanna be a part of the YMCA Family, they will ask you about yourself, then they tell you about the hours that they are looking for you to work, about the job, they tell you about themselves, what they love about the Y, They really just take this time to see what your personality is and if your going to be the warm and welcoming person their member will want to see at the front
I spoke with the manager and had a very comfortable, casual interview processes. She asked about my involvements and intentions for working there. I was hired within a week of interviewing. It was one of my more laid back interviews, which made my experience more comforting.
