Group interview with two other people who applied for the same position. They asked us some questions and then took us to play with the 6wks - 2 year old kids, then we went back to the room we started in and they asked a few more questions. Overall the interview only took about 30mins.

Very short. Was not very professional. Supervisor seemed unorganized. Was asked the basic interview questions. Info about me and my experience in childcare. I pretty much knew I was hired because the supervisor was so desperate for employees but it took a long time to get all the new hire paperwork done .
