Very straightforward and to the point. It has all essential questions while also asking questions to get to know me. It was designed to not be difficult but to just get a true understanding of who you are.

There is a swim assessment as it is contingent to get this role. Mine happened before a few interview questions were asked of me. You must be a good/strong swimmer and be able to take instruction and perform cpr as you may have to take over a lifeguards shift at any moment
