Just explained the process and requirements. Pretty easy and comfortable. I initially interviewed for sports coach but they also needed a manager on duty so essentially just asked I I wanted more hours so I interviewed for that too.

There is a swim assessment as it is contingent to get this role. Mine happened before a few interview questions were asked of me. You must be a good/strong swimmer and be able to take instruction and perform cpr as you may have to take over a lifeguards shift at any moment
