Testing and questioning on guarding and previous experience. Had to take a crp cert for adults and babys. Also had previous work questioned and a drug test. Pool knowledge was tested as well.

it was messy, the person who called me in didn't show up. they had me to a physical test then directly after before I could catch my breath they started interviewing me
