Interview
I was intially contacted over the phone to set up a time to meet with my hiring director. The interview was pretty laid back and informal asking about any prior experience, what I hoped to get out of the job, who some of my role models have been to see if I can be a good example for the kids.

It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
Group interview zoom call. Various ping pong style questions. Pretty straight forward asked about how you would fit and what made you stand out. The call was about 15-20 minutes.
Met up with manager in office, got asked a few standard questions, before getting shown around the place. Very standard and simple for any teen looking for a part time job
