I applied online. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Wonderful and at ease team was nice and accommodating asked about my previous job experience asked about resources I used in previous teaching told that I am moved to another step of interview.
The interview was Easy and straightforward questions. I wouldn’t say it was hard at all and if you are truly interested in working with children, you won’t have any issues answering
It was brief and informal. The main employer was away on holidays. They told me I was hired on the spot. I would often ask questions that they could not answer as they were unsure of the answer.
