Long drawn out experience that could probably lead to a job but would not because it did not meet the standards of some individuals yet could meet the standard of others....yawn
Interview process was simple, energetic, basic and to the point. There was not a lot of extra conversation and the interview felt rushed. I would like to understand the position better with a quick question of what to expect on a typical day.

The interview was as expected. I was able to explain my past experience and soft skills to secure the position. Having a passion for outreach truly shines through and is necessary for any position with the YMCA

Phone Call/ Later a in-person meeting in the CBD. Easy going interview, explained the role and did some general questions. After that there was a phone call saying I didn't get the job
