A fun and hands-on interview. We were able to showcase our skills so that we can prove that we are a worthy candidate for the after-school youth leader position. We also took a simple test,
The interview was held over a Zoom call, streamlined nicely, and on time. The facilitator was very kind, clear and concise. We had a chance to ask any additional questions at the end.

The interview is conducted in a group zoom meeting. There were eight prospective employee who were interview at the sama time. We get the same questions. Most of the questions were "how would you do in ____situation?"

The interview was on Zoom with a few administrators. They mainly asked different questions about childcare experience and how you would handle situations with children and coworkers. Fairly easy interview.
