Interview
Took about a month to get hired. Met with three different people in management and just had to tell them a little about myself and past experience. Also good to show that you have the same values as the YMCA. At the end of the interview process they give you paperwork to go and do a drug test which they want done within 1-2 days at a local walk-in. Easy but strung out process over all for an entery level job.

Smooth and welcoming. The interaction was positive and conversation flowed nicely throughout. I felt like my answers were being listened to, and that the interviewers were very engaged with me and what I had to say.

very good. good people there who work there and i like to work there because it is very fun being outside and talking with good people and free popsicles and the interviewer was nice and respectful and all oof that.
The interview process was overall easy. You just need to have your certifications, you need to pass a breathing test, and you need to pass a swim test. Pretty easy interview.
