The YGS Group interview questions

First step was a phone interview with the person who became my direct boss. The second step was a group interview with peers. The third was a group interview with Directors. Met with 12-14 people in 3 different group settings; gave great insight into the people and culture of the organization. It's a great way to see if there is a mutual match for employment.

Phone interview followed by on-site interview. On-site interview was tough. 4-5 people in one group ask you questions for about an hour then another 4-5 people come in and do it again.
