I applied via an online job posting, and was then called in for two in-person interviews with the school administration. They struck me as very polite and professional, and I was able to shadow the person who I would be replacing for an hour before deciding whether I would accept the job. There was no opportunity for salary negotiation and their pay is only so-so.
