TheBoredMonkey interview questions

I saw a post and reached out to them. Got a call from HR and had a pretty good discussion for a full-time position. Sent my portfolio and was expecting a JD sent my way as discussed, but that didn't happen. Got ignored. Texted again the next day (only for JD) and again ignored! After follow-up (the next day), finally got a JD sent, but for an internship. Called and the hr lied saying that was by mistake and will send it in 2 mins. Silence again and after pinging was told that they are not looking for full-timers. PS- the post I saw didn't mention an internship anywhere. But yeah I do understand things can change. The management can call off the hiring of a full-time employee. But why ghost me? Why not just inform me that you are not selected or the fact that no more full timer needed? Why ignore someone? I agree there an be tons of applications, but when I was taking regular follow-ups and even called and talked on call- still hiding it and ghosting?
