Interview
I was contacted on LinkedIn to interview for a Sales role by a headhunter. I explained that I would be better suited for Customer Care and I was transferred to interview for this role instead. The interview process was a quick call by HR to make sure I was capable for the role, then another video by my Line manager to go deeper into my experience and how I work. The process was smooth.
