First interview - conversation + live problem solving case Second interview - 2.5 hour office visit + presentation of take-home assignment + discussion with the management team on questionnaire results. Questionnaires are to be completed before the interview (personality, work values). In total there are more than 600 questions and they include questions that are completely inappropriate to ask during an interview and not relevant for the role, such as do you agree with the statements 'I sometimes feel down', I like children', 'I easily feel overwhelmed'.
