      Application

I interviewed at Therapy and Beyond (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jan 2024

      Interview

My interview was done over Zoom. I had prepared ahead of time to answer questions about my interests regarding the position, experience with individuals with autism, and knowledge of autism. When the interview started, they asked a general question “why do you want this job” and I was able to give only a brief answer before we immediately delved into the expectations of the job and what the daily work looks like. After that it was essentially a “does that work for you?” and it ended. I took note of the lack of interest in any personal statements but eventually accepted the job offer I received.
