3 Rounds of Interviews after talking to a recruiter / HR Round 1: Manager Interview. Talk about experience, the company, the role etc. Round 2: Take home exercise. Very straightforward challenge on how to structure complex data. Round 3: Take home discussion and more chatting about experience and the role. There was an optional round to speak with HR that I declined.
