The interviewer tried not to put pressure on me, and I explained my previous experience by showing my portfolio related to packaging design. She kept asking me about my resume and portfolio website, and the interview was not very long.
The process was good with the creative director herself—no test or trial, just basic questions and an overview of past projects. The first interview is online, the second one is in-person and the third one is with management.

They demanded I give them a “free project” of work as part of the interview process, not only is that questionable but the demanding nature of it was very off putting. It became maybe the worst interview I had in the past 4 years
