The interview process had three steps: a phone screening and a first-round interview on MS Teams. It was fair and professional, with a formal tone, but I felt uneasy and got the impression they had already decided I wasn’t a good fit. In the end, I wasn’t offered the job or invited to a second interview. Looking back, I think the job ad could be clearer about the role requirements to help focus on more suitable applicants.
